About the Role
You will be responsible for tracking and managing the implementation of the key strategic projects in the organisation using the latest Project Management tools and techniques. This will require working with different teams in the organisation as well as other member banks and ecosystem partners. Timeliness, quality and cost will be the key driving matrices for the role.

Qualifications: Postgraduate with 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 4-6 years as a project manager, having handled complex projects requiring working with multiple stakeholders to deliver the project objectives successfully.
The person must effectively communicate ideas, expectations, and information to their team, stakeholders, and clients.
They should be able to lead their team and cross-functional teams to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
The incumbent must be highly organised to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
Should be able to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.
Ability to quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
Must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track, as well as collaborate and work with various stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery of the project while maintaining the overall cost.
They must be able to carry people along across the organisation and partner ecosystem to achieve project goals.
They must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members. Hands-on experience in software development and web 3.0 technologies will be preferred.
Delivering projects on time within budget and scope with quality.
Coordinating with internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in the context of projects.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Developing a detailed Project plan to track progress and enable resource availability and allocation.
Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in Project scope, schedule and costs. Measure Project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
Managing an effective relationship with the client.
Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
