The role is a senior and critical role in the organisation. You will be part of the founding team and responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technological development and implementation. You will be expected to collaborate with the Technology teams of the ecosystem players and build a long-term sustainable platform with speed and cost considerations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications: An engineer and a postgraduate with at least 12- 15 years of experience in the corporate sector, having implemented systems with scale amplexity of technology at senior levels in a Bank, NBFC, or Fintech. The preferred age group is 40 – 45 years.
Expertise in and passion for software development to implement scalable, performant solutions on the blockchain and other new-age as well as traditional technologies.
Team and people management with the ability to collaborate with proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams will be a pre-requisite.
Ability to solve complex problems with simple and creative solutions effectively.
Take a strategic view of the technology architecture and business landscape and develop initiatives to drive transformation and organisational success.
Drive the technical strategy around platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
Work actively with the technology teams of the different eco-system players to ensure effective implementation of the solution, including integrations and testing.
Conduct research and case studies on cutting-edge technologies and make determinations on the probability of implementation.
Responsibilities involve building bridges and networking within the Blockchain community, including notable influencers in decentralised Finance.
Participate in the system analysis and design of various blockchain businesses, design decentralised transaction systems, security protocols, and architectures for different business functions, undertake core function code writing, and develop and maintain system public core modules.
Explore practical blocks, the application scenarios, and the value of the chain in the business.
Understand the latest development status of the field through continuous learning and actively cooperate with the company's strategic development.
Use continuous integration technology to build, deploy and test all aspects of the product to ensure high-quality delivery.
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
Own the software development process end-to-end, including working with stakeholders to determine requirements and design, architect, plan, implement, test & operate new systems and features.
Monitor project execution and ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and with great quality.
Look at the overall aspect of application and network security, including cyber risk.
