Ashish is a recognised name in the banking sector with 28 years of experience across renowned financial institutions. His recent role as Managing Director at SVC Co-operative Bank, along with leadership in retail banking has honed him as a strategic thinker, and innovation enthusiast. Apart from being a certified design thinker and holder of diverse executive designations, PC Quest also recognised him among the Top 10 Technology Heroes in the country.

Sudarshan brings 26+ years of experience where he has led large P&Ls, high-performing teams, and strategic initiatives in SME, Business Banking, and Retail Banking. His expertise spans sales, product and portfolio management, digital banking, and business transformation. With global experience across 22 countries, he has driven business strategy, analytics, and digital innovation. He has also played a key role in setting up large units, scaling new business lines, and optimizing client journeys. Beyond BFSI, he has consulted for startups in proptech, healthtech, and fintech, offering strategic, operational, and digital market expertise

Anish brings a proven track record of building new businesses and driving transformation across BFSI, FMCG, Auto, and Nutrition industries in India, the USA, China, and Southeast Asia. As the youngest Business Head at YES Bank, he led fintech partnerships, digital innovation, and agile management practices to drive business growth. With expertise in sales, digital banking, product management, and marketing, he has successfully incubated and scaled ventures generating nearly a billion dollars in business. He also built India’s first low-code digital lending platform, recognized by Gartner, and led key transformation initiatives in MSME and consumer lending.

As a strategic technology leader, he has successfully driven initiatives that enhance profitability, streamline operations, and build scalable solutions. With a proven track record of managing technology and product investments of up to $7 million annually, he specializes in leading high-impact teams, overseeing the full lifecycle of innovation, and implementing cutting-edge technologies. A recognized thought leader, he is also a regular speaker on Digital Transformation, Financial Inclusion, and Information Security.

Ajay Rajan

Country Head - Government, Multinational & International Business, Transaction Banking & Knowledge Units, YES Bank

Ajay Rajan is part of YES Bank’s senior management team and manages the Government, Multinational & International Business, Transaction Banking & Knowledge Units for the Bank. In this role, he is responsible for devising & executing the Bank’s overall business strategy for the Government, MNC & International Financial Institution client segments, while also propelling Sales growth & Product development across all Corporate Digital & Transaction Banking products namely Payments, Cash Management, Capital Market, Custody, Trade Finance, Supply Chain & Bullion. The Transaction Banking unit under Ajay spearheads all Corporate Digital Innovation initiatives for the Bank (including strategic public digital initiatives like ONDC, CBDC, ULIP, AA & OCEN). This unit also manages digital partnerships and alliances with Fintechs & other Strategic Influencers. Ajay also manages two strategic knowledge units for the Bank which engages with Government, Industry Bodies & Corporates on areas of policy creation & execution in the Food & Agri, EV etc space.

Rajeev Ranjan Prasad

Chief General Manager, SBI Bank

Rajeev represents State Bank of India and is a top management executive with a career spanning over three decades. Sh. Prasad joined the Bank in 1992 and has over the years been part of retail banking, IT, Trade Finance, International Banking, HR etc, working at various levels both in India and abroad. Currently Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Prasad is Head of Digital Transformation department of SBI spearheading the Digital initiatives of the Bank which includes Digital Assets/Liabilities and Third party Investments/Insurance products for the Bank’s trailblazing Super App – SBI YONO and Internet Banking. In addition to this responsibility, he also works closely with the Government of India for giving shape to their digital initiatives like digitising the process of administering the Credit linked subsidy schemes and straight through processing of Agricultural loans. Prior to this Sh Prasad worked as General Manager (Yono product and Special Projects) and as Dy General Manager (Operations) managing over 500 branches.

Vivek Gupta

President-Wholesale Banking Products I Axis EXCO

Vivek Gupta is the President and Head of Wholesale Banking Products at Axis Bank, where he leads the strategic roadmap and P&L for Transaction Banking Products, including Payments & Cash Management, Trade & Supply Chain, Current Account Liabilities, Custody & Capital Markets, and Digital Transformation. He also drives the growth of the bank’s largest offshore International Banking Unit at GIFT City. With extensive global and regional experience, Vivek is passionate about democratizing trade and payments, simplifying banking, and advocating for Mental and Metabolic Health, Financial Inclusion, and Diversity.

Hitesh Sachdev

Head Startup Engagement & Investments, ICICI Bank

Hitesh Sachdev is a veteran banker with ICICI Bank. He has spent more than 20 years at ICICI Bank building and leading diverse verticals including Innovation, Fintech, Private Equity and Investment Banking. Hitesh currently heads the Startup Engagement and Investments team at ICICI Bank. He has played an instrumental role in setting up the team and executing cutting-edge technology projects for ICICI Bank in collaboration with startups.

Hitesh is a mentor and guides founders actively on domains including Payments, Digital Lending, SaaS, API Banking, Banking applications of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Metaverse and Blockchain. Hitesh has been an instrumental cornerstone and a primary evangelist of IBDIC since its inception.

Anu Aggarwal

President & Head of Corporate Banking, Kotak Mahindra Bank

Anu Aggarwal is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently leads the Corporate and Investment Bank for Conglomerates at Kotak Mahindra, overseeing P&L from ECM, M&A, Lending, Transaction Banking, Foreign Exchange, and DCM across India. Anu is a member of the Kotak Leadership Team (KLT). Before joining Kotak, she spent 12 years at Citibank, India, where she began her career as a Management Trainee and led Corporate Banking Coverage, focusing on relationship and risk management.

General Manager MSME, SCF & BCMS, Bank of Baroda

D Ananda Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 31 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Accounts, Audit, and Taxation. He currently serves as the General Manager for MSME, SCF, and CMS at Bank of Baroda. In this role, he has achieved significant milestones, driving corporate growth and product innovation. Ananda has previously held leadership positions, including managing Corporate Banking, Trade, Forex, and Transaction Banking, contributing to substantial business and fee-based income growth. He also headed Bank of Baroda's Middle East operations, overseeing branches in the UAE and Oman.

Anil Kuril

Chief General Manager - CTO & CDO, Union Bank of India

Anil Kuril is a Senior IT Executive with over 25 years of experience in Payment Systems, IT & Cyber Security, IT Project Management, and IT Infrastructure Management. He holds certifications such as CISA, CISM, PMP, and ITIL Foundation. Anil is an active member of various industry working groups, contributing to cloud adoption, micro ATM standards, and core banking inter-operability. His expertise includes project management, budgeting, technology evaluation, vendor management, and contract negotiation. His specialties are Information Security, IT Project Management, and IT Infrastructure Management.
